As a reminder, monthly Board of Director Meetings are meetings to conduct business, therefore speaking from the floor is not permitted.  Homeowners are always encouraged to submit questions they would like answered to Community Manager by 5 p.m. the Monday before the meeting or to speak from the floor at quarterly townhall meetings. Additionally, our governing documents (By-Laws Article 2 Section 2.4) allow for Homeowners to call for a special meeting to address specific issues or concerns.
