A Message from the Board on Street Trees

The Association performs tree trimming of all common area trees and street trees every 3 – 4 years. Homeowners are reminded that the Association does not trim trees owned or on homeowner property even if it is in a wooded area. Homeowners are responsible for trimming trees in their yards.  

Tree removal must be approved by the ARB and may involve approval from the City of South Fulton. Otherwise, you will receive a $ 350 fine and may have to replace the tree(s). Please check your trees and trim them as necessary.
