Walden Park Home Modifications

The Walden Park Architectural Review Board (ARB) is a division of our Homeowner Association focused on ensuring the beautification of our neighborhood and the upkeep of property values. It plays an important role in shaping our neighborhood’s character and visual harmony as well as improving the value of our real estate investments.

The Walden Park Architectural Review Board is responsible for maintaining the community aesthetic and structural integrity of the Association and enforcing the covenants. Homeowners interested in making modifications to their property must fill out a Request for Modification form. The ARB reviews all homeowner application requests for exterior home modifications, additions, or a variety of other architectural changes including changes to lots.
