Pine straw in some of the common areas has been installed for the holiday season. Those areas are the West Stubbs entrance, both message boards, the commercial area entrance, and the Estates neighborhood entrance.
Due to limited funds at the end of the fiscal year, the Association will not refresh the pine straw on the residential street trees and some of the common areas. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. If homeowners want to purchase and have installed the long needle pine straw similar to the common areas, the pine straw provider will be servicing Walden Park residents during the 2nd week of December.
Allowable Yard Signs for Holiday 2020
As we ensure that our yards have good curb appeal, please make sure you remove unapproved signs in the yard by Monday, 11/30. For example:
- Congratulation Sign for A Graduate
- Contractor signs posted longer than 2 weeks in the yard
If signs are present during a Violation Compliance drive through then a Covenant Compliance notice will be sent to you. EXCEPTION: From 12/01/20 through 1/10/21, the below type signs can be posted
- 2 political signs
- 1 sign related to Black Lives Matter
