Walden Park Board of Directors

The Walden Park Homeowner Association’s Board of Directors is comprised of fellow Walden Park homeowners who have volunteered to stand for election for leadership roles in our community. Per the Walden Park covenants, our HOA Board is typically comprised of elected officers including a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Association officers are then selected among the board of directors.

How Are Board Members Elected?

Qualifications for a Walden Park homeowner to be considered for a Board of Director position are (a) the homeowner’s household is financially current with the Association, and (b) the interested resident will be expected to share how they are experienced and/or qualified to serve in this role during the Walden Park annual meeting.
Candidates for the Board of Director are presented at the annual meeting for members to vote on.  Homeowners may vote for Board members in two ways: (1) by  casting their votes online at the  (2) by mailing their votes before the election is held.
