The Walden Park Community is a 591-acre Town Park planned community in the City of South Fulton, Fulton County, Georgia. It is a mixed-use development that is environment-friendly, pedestrian-friendly and children-friendly.
The community has eight distinctive neighborhoods, street trees and lamps, and miles of sidewalks that lead to a 200-acre nature conservation preserve. The 755 homes were built by respected builders in the home building industry: David Weekly Homes, Nesbitt Lord & Company, Ryland Homes, Sharon McSwain Homes, Traton Homes, TownPark Custom Builders, and DR Horton.

Community Amenities
Walden Park community amenity areas are accessible to Walden Park residents and their guests only. Financially-current homeowners receive two (2) amenity tags and two (2) scan cards for access into gated areas such as the Walden Park Pool and Tennis Center.
