Walden Park Pool

The Walden Park Pool typically opens the last week of May and closes the end of Labor Day Monday in September.

Pool hours are decided based on the number of people that use the pool during various times of the week.  Each year the Homeowner Association reviews the pool hours schedule.

New homeowners receive two (2) current year amenity stickers and two (2) access cards for pool access.

Usual Pool Hours

Mon thru Fri   11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday 10 am to 8pm
Sundays   12 noon to 6 p.m.

Walden Park Pool Rules

NO POOL RESERVATIONS

In case of emergency, PLEASE contact the Pool Monitor and/or Management IMMEDIATELY.

  1. A Walden Park access card must be presented for entry into the fenced in pool area and available at all times for further verification by monitor(s). No one will be allowed entry into the fenced in pool area without their access card with current year sticker. After the season registration has ended, stickers are made available by appointment with the Property Manager.
  2. Proper swimming attire is required. Cutoffs, shorts, jeans and diapers may not be worn in the pool; tee shirts over appropriate swimwear are permitted. Use of appropriate covering apparel to and from the pools is required. Pool shoes should only be used in the pool area.
  3. All persons who are not toilet trained or require a diaper must wear a swim diaper while in the pool. Per County rules, regular diapers are not allowed inside the pool.
  4. Persons with open cuts, wounds, sores or blisters may not use the pool.
  5. Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles and food/snack items are allowed within the fenced in pool area and must be consumed at the tables and/or chairs positioned three (3) feet or more away from the pool. Glass bottles nor glass food containers are not permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS
  6. No alcohol or smoking, to include vaping, is allowed in the pool or pool area.
  7. No guns, knives, or weapons are allowed on the premises.
  8. No diving, running, boisterous or rough play will be allowed.
  9. Abusive or foul language will not be permitted.
  10. Only music devices with headphones are allowed unless music has been approved for a special event.
  11. No grilling allowed inside of the fenced in pool area.
  12. Please immediately inform a Pool Monitor or Management if you or someone else urinates, defecates, and/or vomits in the pool.

Children

    • Children not toilet-trained MUST wear swim diapers under swimsuits
    • Do NOT dispose of diapers in the pool area
    • No more than two (2) children per one (1) adult
    • Children fourteen (14) and under MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of eighteen (18).

Guests

    • Allowed ONLY if they are accompanied by an authorized homeowner
    • No more than two (2) guests per one (1) homeowner
    • Delinquent homeowners CANNOT be a guest

Pool access is for financially current homeowners only

SCAN CARD MUST BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES FOR VERIFICATION BY MONITOR(S). THOSE WITHOUT THEIR SCAN CARD MAY NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

Lost and/or stolen access card replacement:

    • $25 PER ACCESS CARD

If a homeowner is delinquent on their account, electronic access through the gate will be denied. To reactivate, contact the community manager in order for the account to be made current by an authorized homeowner.

Violation of these Rules & Regulations may result in the imposition of fines, suspension of pool privileges, and or the imposition of other legal sanctions. Please leave the pool area neat and clean when you depart from the area. Residents and their guests are responsible for properly disposing of all their trash and personal belongings.
